Add -Wdeclaration-after-statement to the default gcc flags, and add the
ability to use $EXTRA_CFLAGS if defined in the Makefile.in for specific
directories.

Add the port/ subdirectory to our LD_LIBRARY_PATH override, so we can use
it to run tools linked against libwine_port.so (widl) at build time.

Fix configure check for the Linux 2.2-style linux/joystick.h header,
apparently some glibc update or other had broken it on my dev systems.

- added a check for regex.h in the configure script.  WineHQ's dbghelp symbol loader needs this

This avoids constantly having to specify --target=i686-pc-linux-gnu when building via dchroot on a 64-bit distro. It will have to be revisited if we decide to do 64-bit compilation at some point.

Make LIBTSX11 configure dependant - this allows us to turn it off when
dealing with platforms that don't use libtsx11 when building the OpenGL

Changes for the new advpack dll.

- This organizes the handling of CFLAGS better within configure.ac.  First, a copy of the contents of CFLAGS is made and stored in CEDEGACFLAGS before CFLAGS is used for various tests.  CEDEGACFLAGS accumulates the various flags are deemed worthy after the various tests.  Another important feature to note is that a flag that is to end up in CFLAGS can now be set from the command line using the following syntax:

CEDEGACFLAGS=-DFLAG_TO_BE_ADDED_TO_CFLAGS ./configure --options --more-options --another-option ....

Before, if one tried using CFLAGS=-DFLAG_TO_BE_ADDED ./con.... the flag would be added but the -g -02 would be overwritten.  Now, both incoming flags and existing CFLAGS harmoniously remain intact.

This adds support for prelink, execshield and a work around for the legacy va layout problem.
This is done through the implementation for a preloader.

Add a very stub riched20 dll.

Since some versions of freetype don't have this symbol, we need to do more
than just a runtime check for compilation.

Autogenerate dependencies ie get rid of make depend. Works for gcc, but
isn't setup to work for non gcc right now or very old gcc which don't support

basic hacky implementation of dxdiagn.dll
dxdiagn is a DirectX 9 dll used to give info to the system about directx 9.. It seems that some game uses it to get the directx version.

New configure checks for pthreads

-gstabs+ support seems to be mondo sucky on some distros (expecially dwarf
based ones). Remove it and pretend we never went there...

Remove reentrant libc checks which were busted for any libc for which you
couldn't override errno_location (or equivalent). Assume everything is
reentrant (including x11).
Could be readded later with a better check.

Configure check for stabs+. Use it if possible.

o) Implemented cookie support. (Memory only for now, doesn't support paths
   or time to die)
o) Added a loop around the HTTP requests incase we recieve a "Location:"
   header and have to go elsewhere.
o) Unicode (W) wrappers for several functions.
o) A bunch of bug fixes with the headers being sent out in the right order
   (Eg, don't double up on the Host: header, and sent it last).
o) A whole wack of other misc bug fixes.

Add check for functioning sdl libraries. We're now using aclocal to suck
in the appropriate sdl autoconf tests.

Provide a simple configure check for building the sdldrv. Use
./configure --enable-sdldrv if you want it. Be sure that you have
SDL and all appropriate libraries when enabling it as it's not complete.
